110volts
Natural Gas
For baking cylinder heads, intake manifolds and engine blocks. With
temperature adjustment you can bake aluminum parts. Oil, paint and carbon turn to
ash. Parts baked need to be glass beaded or run through the Airless Shot Peen
Machine.
There are two burners both adjustable from 0 to 2000 degrees. The purpose of the
second burner is so the unit is smoke free.
After using hot tank or solvent tank to clean parts then use rinse tank to finalize rinsing. The tank below the screen holds up to 50 gallons of water. It has a spray nozzle and the tank has its own pump (110 volt), used along with the air pressure, air/water spray gun. There are options of water or cleaning solution, options of water heated or not heated, the heated has a thermostat and requires 230 volts, and draws 18 amps.
Parts being blasted need to be dry and free from oil and grease. The machine can clean cylinder heads, blocks, manifolds and engine sheet metal parts. The machine comes with a vacuum cabinet to collect dust. Main motor is 220 single phase, control panel uses 110 volts.
The machine comes with a dust collector and
reclaim separator for re-cycling glass beads.
It is controlled by foot control and has an air gun for blowing off parts. It
also comes with spare parts.
