1966 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE

6 cylinder, 200 CI                                    

The transmission was stick shift but now has a rebuilt C-4 automatic, and torque converter

New:  Drive line, U-Joints, and Yolk

New:   Rear pinion seal

Rebuilt:  4-core radiator

 New:  Gas tank

Rebuilt:  Carburetor, starter, distributor, alternator, fuel pump

New:  Plugs, wires, battery

New:   Rear window

New:  Top boot

The manual convertible top (blue) is only a few years old, and goes up and down in seconds.

All windows are in great shape, there are no cracks or blemishes, and all mechanisms work great.

The body was stripped to bare metal, and no major body damage was found.  Only a minute amount of Bondo was used, and no apparent rust detected.  It was repainted Wimbolton  White.

New:  Front and rear splash panels

New:  Reconditioned bumpers, bumperettes, front and rear, turn signals

New:  Back up lights (not hooked up)

New:  Emblems and hood letters     

Brakes:  Front drums, rears turned and in very good shape.  All wheel cylinders, master cylinder, shoes, springs, seals.  Bearings in good condition

New:  Interior carpet (blue).  Blue and white Pony interior in great shape, except driver seat has some cracking.  The padded dash has two cracks but has a new cover to protect it.  The trunk mat is in like new condition.

The lights are all in good working order.  The headlights, turns, stops, dash, interior, and courtesy lights are a welcome invitation at night.

The gauges are in working order (and include extra dash gauges in the trunk)
